Join us on July 21–22 at The Glasshouse in New York City, for two days focused on how games and immersive media continue to shape learning, creativity, and social impact.
This year, we’ll be “Reimagining Play,” exploring it as an evolving practice for understanding complex issues, experimenting with ideas, and imagining new futures.
G4C2026 will consist of thought-provoking discussions and workshops, the G4C Festival arcade, networking opportunities, and the G4C awards ceremony.
We are excited to see you all at #G4C2026! 🎮✨

Today, more than ever, digital play is central to childhood, shaping how children learn, connect, and explore the world through games, apps, and digital platforms. It can be used as a tool to support children’s well-being, but its benefits are not automatic; it depends on intentional design choices and shared.
We’re proud to partner with the LEGO Foundation, LEGO, the Joan Ganz Cooney Center, and UNICEF to advance children’s well-being through digital play. ‘The Responsible Innovation in Technology for Children (RITEC)’ project is entering a new phase, shifting from research and tools to applied industry practice, supporting the gaming ecosystem to embed children’s well-being-by-design into digital play development through industry leadership engagement, a Community of Practice, and practical guidance.

Games for Change is heading to the London Games Festival!
This April 15 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge, the Games for Change London Summit will debut as the first-ever UK edition of the internationally recognized Games for Change program, hosted as part of the London Games Festival.
Curated by George E. Osborn, Editor of the Video Games Industry Memo, the Games for Change London Summit will bring together game creators, educators, researchers, funders, and policy-makers to explore how games can drive positive change.

We're calling on developers to create Roblox games that enable players of all ages to learn and practice skills that foster positive communities, improve mental health, or safeguard against online risks. Winners will share $25,000 in prize money, receive mentorship from the Roblox team, and showcase their games at the 2026 G4C Festival in NYC (July 21-22). Submissions close April 17, 2026! 🕹️
Our global chapters are also taking part in the challenge, with each chapter approaching it differently, but at its core, it will create games that foster positivity in online spaces.
